I just wanted to email you to say thank you so much for your very friendly and efficient service. All too often nowadays, companies forget to look after the litle guy (ie me!) and I'm happy to say that is not the case with 'The Sharper Edge'!

I purchased 2 pet plants from you recently... They were dispatched in record time. I placed my order on Sunday night and they arrived Tuesday morning!
Sadly one of the little guys had died. I phoned your customer services that day, who were very pleasant and with no quibble, arranged for another to be dispatched to me.
The replacement plant arrived today (Thursday) with a pack of parma violets to boot!

Needless to say, I am thrilled with the service and will definately be spreading the word and ordering from you again.

Hi,

I recently purchased your la Z boy cool chair for my husband's birthday,
and would like to say how delighted both my husband and I are with it.
After seeing the chair off "friends" my husband kept going on about having
to have one, and when I saw the exact same chair on your website I was
overjoyed.
I was a bit worried about the "small assembly" required when delivered,
but I had nothing to worry about, it took seconds and the instructions
were really idiot proof (not like those instructions you get with other
furniture products)

The chair does all your write up says and more. I must say, we both find
the massage function very exhilarating and have seldom left the house
since buying it. I have now become a firm favourite of your website and
have found many novel (if not risky) presents for friends and family.
